hey
i am 15 years old and i weigh 82 kg and i am 6 feet tall
and i have a bit of belly bulging out and i am totally out of shape
even my chest got lot of fat.
i started going to gym and working out a month ago. also i try to eat more veggies
but i havent seen any change
i am worried beacause before 2 months in a normal check up my doctor told that i have little fat in my liver
does this have anything to do with weight loss
