Here is a video I made for my 13 year old brother who is currently training to build up a strong core. These are workouts that are made to develop a strong core and build an overall strong body. These exercises are specifically for moderate beginners and are great for anyone. At the end of the video there are a few pictures of what he looks like after a few months training. (He is just starting out.)
