So I am 17 years old and 5'4. I weigh around 130 pounds, but really want to be at 120 or 115. I think losing some weight (especially around hits and thighs) would help in sports and general appearance, but I'm having some troubles getting rid of this weight. I am fairly active and I workout around five times intensely a week. I have access to a gym and a pool, and have lots of equipment at home.
Has anyone tried something that works really well? I have a fairly good diet and eat mostly veggies, protein and lean meats. I am looking for workouts or specific exercises, not so much diets.
