Thanks to your advice, I'm actually beginning to see the difference on body! I'm gaining muscle, stomach isnt as big as it was and it's only been a month! I went down from 176 to 163 thanks to you guys...
A question that hasn't really been answered to me...Is it okay if I drink Gatorade/Powerade w/ or after every work out? i drink at least 2 bottles a day and ALOT of water.
