17 yr old...need some advice

im a 17 yr old and have lost a little over 105lbs in the past year and a half...currently i am 5' 10" 170lbs..i workout 5 days a week with 3-4 days of cardio and now i have hit a plateau..I can't seem to gain anymore strenght and still need to tone up legs and mid section..i have a very clean/strict diet and eat 6 small to medium size meals a day, but problem is workout plan. How many days should i be training, which muscles on which days, and i would like to be doing more reps with lighter weight to tone..i have tried a few different workout routines and lately have been using routines from shapefit but i still cant seem to find the right one..if anyone has any advice and or workout plans it would be appreciated..thanks

5 days a week,rest is verry important
high weight low reps.
full body work outs.
try sprinting bout 3 times a week.
protein.
