Meal Plan

I'm 16 School's here and I'm just starting gym....Yes I am somewhat skinny...So i wanna get big and get at least sum biceps and chest in about 2 months (maybe more :(..) So plz help me with this meal plan...Well I hardly have meat in there...and I don't like tuna....and If u can plz help me substitute those foods...

7:30- 1 Scoop of 24 g of protein (whey)(with Milk

8:00- A bowl of Vector(the cerial)

10:30- Sandwich (veggies and eggs)


12:30- Yogurt(the fat free one but hate it so plz substitute)
Salad(ideas for a good lunch plz?)
Tuna (ok...i haven't even tried this yet so substitute)

3:00- Fruit/Veggies
Wheat Flour Homemade Bread (um about 4 grams of protein)
Soup(with veggies and stuff) (

5:00- Pasta
2 boiled potatoes(ok lol too lazy to make this plz motivate XD)


After training(about 7:00)- A Whey Protein Scoop with milk)
-(how bout something else to eat....plz euggest

Dinner-8:30- Wheat Flour Homemade Bread with soup

10:00-(k cant think of something light to eat b4 bed so plz help)

Yah I kno i Need meat ...so could you suggest something easy and quick plz...CUz i'm really lazy And I drink Sunny D from time to time and eat fruit...:| so um help me.....and Yes Bossman I need your help again....

Soup(with veggies and stuff) (If you have any Fruit, give it 10-15 minutes to digest then eat something else. Owing to Fructose potentially converting to Fat in liver, I'd go for smaller Fruits, like Grapes, Cherries, Berry Fruits etc etc, that impact less on Bloodsugar, and would convert to Fat less too.)

5:00- Pasta
2 boiled potatoes(ok lol too lazy to make this plz motivate XD) (Small portion of pasta, with something like chicken, or Turkey.)


After training(about 7:00)- A Whey Protein Scoop with milk)
-(how bout something else to eat....plz euggest (I'd stick with that, if it's got Maltodextrin in it, it will help increase low Bloodsugar, and replace muscle Glycogen.)
Dinner-8:30- Wheat Flour Homemade Bread with soup (Seems fine.)

10:00-(k cant think of something light to eat b4 bed so plz help) (Yoghurt)

thanx man :)
um about those sandwiches ...do you kno where i could find those strips or sliced turkey or chicken to put in them....? i found it once in a shop but the pieces were from whole chicken and they were not sandwich size...i want to add some some sliced chicken or turkey in there oh and vector has some pretty convinving nutrition facts

Just find the sliced stuff in a packet, and cut it up.
