I need some help. I am 16yrs old , 12.9 stone and i am 6ft 2/3. I am not overweight. I but I am not physically active. I have some weights at the end of bed and everyday I wake up I think I will do them later. But on most days I never do them.
When I am old enough I want to go into the police. But at the moment I wouldn’t pass the physical test. I just wondering if you could give me some tips.

I'll tell you something I just told someone else, to hopefully get basic fitness up.
1. Walk for 1 minute, Jog for 20 seconds.
2. Repeat this for 20 minutes.
3. Do this 5 days a week.
4. Week 2. Walk 55 seconds Jog 25 seconds.
5. Week 3. Walk 50 seconds Jog 30 seconds.
You just cut Walk sections by 5 seconds, and increase Jog sections by 5 seconds. In several weeks, you should be able to jog 20 minutes, without stopping, especially as you're doing this 5 days a week. Enough time to get your body better, and ready for the folowing weeks change.
