lol i have a another problem....I kno i worry too much
Well the problem is that I have a kind of bony back(just spine).....I mean like not that much...but i am just starting out....It's fine when i am standing but when i lean forward or bend over, spine kind of stick out....I can feel it even and its clear to see....should that stop me from doing exercises of any kind? will the problem be fixed if I gain muscle on the back? and other questions that i don't even kno lol thanx....again
yah it's not a big issue it doesnt hurt or anything ....it just stick out like normal....i'm naturally bonny .... shoulder blades stick out too lol -_-
