Help gaining muscle/losing weight within 3months.

Ok... im 17 year olds. Weight: 226, Height: 6"0.

I'm a senior, I did football in 9/10th grade.. but stopped in 11th. Now its senior year and I want to rejoin that and do weightlifting(team).... But im afraid im not as strong as everyone else because of a year of not working out... I gained fat and lost muscle.

I have about 2-3months to figure out a workout to rebuild me for the team... But im not sure what to do....

What im mainly trying to do is Shrink ... and tone upper chest...

What kind of workout can i do to lose it.. thats not super hard.. but can be done.

I do have a bar, few dumbells, tredmill. I am planning on getting a bench soon also.


::::::Tone body, burn fat, shrink waste, and make body look good.

Any suggestions?

I've noticed you've asked some questions on others pplz posts so ima post answers..

eating.
Breakfast: Usually Banana, apples.

Lunch: Salad

Dinner: Chicken, Cheerio's, Steak.

Im trying to eat only those.. I drink coke zero, Crystal Light, and water.. Im gonna cut the powerades.. and prob the coke zero.

I also am a cook, so i sweat aton in the kitchen.. its about 115 degrees.


start weight: 226
Goal: 200 or less, want to have some muscle... look big, but not fat is fine with me.

Anything i missed?

training wise search "westside for skinny bastards" by joe defranco and do that...

your gut will go by actually moving and eating right...

you should look to something like this;

meal 1 - banana, high fibre cerial
meal 2 - apple, yoghurt
meal 3 - orange, 2 x eggs, veg, salad
meal 4 - tin of tuna, veg, salad
meal 5 - chicken, veg, salad

if hungry b4 bed split dinner in half and have as 2 meals

no coke, diet coke or any of that shit...water only


basically for food the types of food stays the same as writtwen bu the choice doesn't really matter just have fruit where it says, proetin where protein where it sayd and veg/salad where it says...

as much water as you can stomach......
