Meals

Post by 04 DSG V6 »

I've heard that you are supposed to eat about 5-6 small meals a day. About how long should you wait between each meal?
And could someone maybe suggest a plan for me?

eat every 3hrs while your awake so if your awake for 6hrs you'll have 2 meals and if 18hrs than you'll have 7 etc

easiest plan:

1 - fruit, high fibre cerial, optional protien shake
2 - fruit, solid protein
3 - fruit, solid protein, veg, salad
4 - solid protein, veg, salad
5 - solid protein, salad, veg

you'll also need a post workout meakl of a protein shake then bread, rice, pasta or more cerial

what are yout goals though??

Well right now i am 5'11'' and 203lbs. main focus is to lose weight, but i want to add muscle also. I dont have an exact weight that i want to be at, but somewhere around 180 sounds good. I ahve the usual weights (dumbbells, bench press, free weights) and i also have an exercise bike. Ive been thinking about running some as well...?

Also, what are some examples of solid protein?

yoyu'll need to lean down first but should be able to build some muscle anyway...

for a perogram search The Waterbury Method by Chad Waterbury

solid protein is actual food protein, not shakes so chicken, beef, fish, tuna, yoghurt, eggs, turkey, lamb etc

don't run, sprint ir do intervals / 100 - 200m tempo runs
