Well guys, I haven't posted anything in...well...a long time. I'm 17 and 5'8", When I started posting several months ago I weighed about 220 pounds, now I am roughly 165.
I am very happy with results, but herein lies problem. I have a very small layer of fat covering torso, I can actually see about 2 pacs and can feel the other 4. I don't really have a resistance training schedule, and cardio could be better. For cardio I basically go outside and run speratically for 1-3 hours in a day. Basically, I would like a workout schedule that will get rid of the remaining fat that is covering muscle. Oh and if you need to know how I eat, no worries, I am a serious health nut when it comes to eating. 4-6 meals every two hours, I won't touch any kind of coke or fast food, and I am very careful about reading the nutrition facts on everything I eat.
Also, I will be starting Gymnastics in about a month and I was wondering if anyone had information on proper diet and workouts for gymnasts so I can do something before I start. [/i]
Just a little bit more fat, and Gymnastics

great result...you should post your food and training plan for others to look at...
running is yoyur problem here...you've lost too much muscle and held onto fat through your wt loss...
you can't burn fat without muscle, simple as that...
you may the right foods but do you eat them at the right time and in the right quantity?
for gymnastics read and do these:

you should also go to ringtraining.com and get some rings too, i've got some and i love them
