14 year old boy....help

i'm 176cm and i'm a medium frame and weigh 183 lbs. i want to lose about 20 pounds of fat but i don't really know how. i tried to not eat as much but i'm always hungry. how much time do i need working out to lose 20 lbs of fat? how much time do i need per day for quick results?

be more active but don't decrease food...a 20pd loss will take about 12 weeks if you do the right things training, food and recovery wise

if your still young simply clean up you food and move more and you should lose it in that time frame
