i'm 14 year old , 186cm and weight is 183lbs
i get up at 6am-1 glass of 2% milk and 2 walffles.
12pm- i eat a homemade hamburger
4pm-1 glass of 2% milk 2 pizza pops
4-5:30pm i lift weights for 30 min and do cardio for 1 hour
6pm- chinese food (i'm chinese)
9pm- bed
i've been doing this for a week alrighty but i only seen arms growing bigger but i'm not losing fat! i want to lose 20 lbs of fat.
am i eating too much junk food and not exercising right?
i will be very appreciated if u could give me some pointers and a workout+meal plan

why do you want to lose the wt? your already 6ft so it's maybe just a little "baby fat" which you'll grow into sooneer or later so don't really worry about that...
to be honest your food is horrible but in your defense it's a standard 14yr old daily intake these days but not even a hint of veggies!!!
there's plenty of food plans in the nutrition section so have a bit of a look in there...also read "the definative guide to abs and fat loss" while your there, i wrote it so it's good!!)
