Teenage Stress

Stress can affect anyone from children to adults. The causes of teen stress are totally different and they need somewhat different stress management programs for dealing stress.This group is a vulnerable group to both physical and emotional stress...physical changes like increase in weight and height, change in voice, likewise may categorize themselves.To avoid such stress problems can do exercises, can involve themselves in poems, essays, drawings, hatching stress relief cartoons, have a good social relationship, which in turn helps to intend themselves in peace and concentration.Hope this will be useful to avoid such stress.

i find that exercise calms stress. it definitely also helps the stress that i have about body, too. i kno im not overweight, but sometimes i just feel it. and thatz enough to stress mind out. so yea, exercise definitely helps.
