Fats around chest

Post by Alex_92 »

Hi name is Alex, I am 15 and weigh about 65kg and stand at about 170cm (I am Asian). I have fats all around body like around chest, tummy, hips, butt etc. I had been working out for about 3~4 months now and I see dramatic change in body. arms are kind of toned, neck doesn't have layers anymore and I have lost some of tummy too and feel great. But here’s the problem, I have boobs, I had it even before I started exercising. I had looked around the website and some websites to but to no avail on how to at least reduce their size. I am starting to wonder if it is because of the exercises I do or what I eat.

Here’s plan for the day:

Around 10am-> Breakfast: 2 slices of bread with margarine

Around 1.30pm-> Lunch: Rice and chicken (usually breast meat)

30 minutes after lunch I cycle for about an hour

A snack at about 6pm. either donuts/banana/apple

Around 7pm I exercise:

Abdominal crunches:
50 reps

Weighted Hand To Leg Ab Crunches w/5 lbs:
40 on each hand

Alternating Dumbbell Curls w/5 lbs:
1. 50 reps on the right
2. 50 on the left
3. 50 on the right again
4. and 50 on the left

Hammer Dumbbell Curls w/7 lbs:
50 reps

Dumbbell Concentration Curls w/ 7lbs:
50 reps on each hand

Single Arm Dumbbell Extensions w/7 lbs:
50 reps on each hand[/color]

Around 11pm I have bread (2 slices) and drink a glass of milk and go to sleep.

I do this plan from Monday-Thursday and on Saturday.
Friday and Sunday are rest days, usually because I have some other plans and do not have time to exercise.
And now that I think about it I do no chest/butt exercises. So please help me on what to do, I do not take any supplements and I exercise at home, and kind of tight on cash to buy more weights. I was thinking of going to a gym nearby from December and do cardio after weight training, but I am having second thoughts as I feel shy =x

So please please help me =x

*Btw credits go to ShapeFit for giving examples of the exercises
