I started dieting on Monday, and its been 3 days. I worked out on Monday & Wendnesday and plan to go again on Friday. The thing is weight went down from 150 to 148. And today had Skim milk with cereal for breakfast at 6 AM, when I got home at 12 AM i felt like i was about to faint. Here is eating schedule I've been using.
Skim Milk Cereal - 6AM
Turkey on Wheat bread - 12AM
Small serving of what mom makes - 4 PM
Salad - 7 PM
Not much time to post, but for starters eat something at 9AM. Don't eat at 6AM, than about 9AM, have an empty stomach for 3 hours until 12PM. Eat 3 hours after that 6AM meal, so you get 5 meals a day not 4.
That 3 hours between 9 and 12, is compromising muscle reserves.
