If your bulking up, it's especially important to get enough to eat. you should take a look around at some threads for example workout routines and general ideas

yeah, nutrition and training are key. i saw a bunch of diet but idk if they are for me. like for breakfast 4+ eggs. I don't think i could eat that many before school and thats a lot off eggs lol. I just want a solid routine to do. by the way bench goes up to 150, 30 lb dumbbells, and curling bar

you can train as hard and heavy as you want but nothing will happen if you don't eat

yeah does The Waterbury Method incorporate a lot of full body exercises? i heard for bulking full body exercises and exercises that don't just isolate one muscle are better for bulking. this true?

buy some 25kgs / 55pders if you can...depends...if you've got heaps of small wts than you need some big one's or you might run out of bar space to put wts on...also make sure your bench is sturdy enough too...agh you're talking pds just got that...

ok thanks. also for The Waterbury Method you are supposed to do 10x3. Since theres such little reps do you do attempt to do like your max or close to it?
