Ok well im currently 16, 5'7, and 135 lbs. Ive been working out for like a year, but I didnt really know what i was doin till recently. But ye, I cant seem to get bigger or anything, and i needa change diet. The only problem is, im vegitarian......and dont like salads....so ye..
8:00: Protein Shake (54g)
12:00: 2 Slices of pizza, 2 milks(16g protein, 280cal)
Sandwhich 6 inches (subway Veggie)
4:00: Protein Shake(54g)
8:00: Feddicini Alfredo & 3 Slices of Garlic Bread (120 Cal )
A different day:
8:00:Protein Shake
12:00: A whole pizza (720cal)
5:00: Grapes, Apples
9:00: Lasagna+garlic bread
Ye just need some diet tips of wat to eat for vegetarians...
Also, I was reading some1 elses thread about working out
And it was suggestesd to do:
Bench 3 sets 6-9 reps
Incline Bench 3 sets 6-9reps
Flys: 3 sets 6-9 reps
And i was just wonderin...is that like all ur suppose to do? It seems like not enough, just always seems to me that i should just keep goin until chest burned out
Also if ur suppose to eat more calories, how would u get a 6pack at the same time? Dont you need to cut calories?
