Hey guys, first post I was definately overweight when I was younger but began to diet a lot in younger days. I managed to lose a lot of weight but also muscle. Recently the past year Ive been working out big time and have had gains in weight trainings by a lot. I am in a total body conditioning class which allows me 50 minutes w/ all the equipment I could ever need. I weighed 150 but recently, not sure if muscle gain and fat, but am now 180. I have definatelly put on some pounds within the last 5 months. bench and other areas have increase though by about 50 pounds within those 5 months so I am making improvements in all catagories. But right now main focus is losing the weight and getting myself tone and lean. Is there a workout plan anyone can suggest or post to help me lose the weight and get some clean cut muscles. Im not to worried about getting huge, Id rather be toned then huge. Any suggestions?
