body fat -> muscle

Post by azzar11 »

ok, so im 5,3ft and last time i checked i was around 12 stone. So what i planned was to replace the fat with muscle.
So what would be a good weight with less fat and a bigger muscle mass?
And also what would be the best method to achieve this?
thanks in advance :)

don't worry about wt, just go by how you look and feel

program - the waterbury method (search)

food

- fruit, high fibre cerial breaky
- fruit solid protein for meal 2
- solid protein, veg, salad the rest of the day
- add in a protein shake after your workout

y if you look good you'll feel good but it can work theother way round too...consistency and patience is the key and planning / preperation

well you need to pin point your motivation for training...if it's to feel better more so than look better than you shouldn't need much inspiration...no one likes to feel shit all the time so you need have a strong brain set and do what you need to do to feel good...if that's running then run...if it's lifting then lift
