I want to see where I'm at compared to other teens. Please use measurements in inches.

I would say you don't need to compare yourself. All you need to do, is your thing, and progress your way. It's not about trying to look like the next guy, or be physically bigger and stronger than the next guy, it's about doing it for you, and wanting to look how you want to look, not how others want to look necessarily.

Just do your thing dude, and don't worry about how other guys are built, or look okay :).

He really hit the nail on the head here. When I first started working out I saw all these big guys lifting a ton of weight. So I pressed myself to do more weight (than I could handle). In turn, significantly increasing chances of injury. Not to mention, if you don't do the exercise right, you might as well not do it at all.

Lower weight doesn't mean "worse" -- you just gotta do what your body is capable of. Also, I might as well add, the size of your arms doesn't necessarily determine how "strong" you are.

I mean Lauren could probably beat all of our butts and we'd never know. :?

i had a re mesure up today

bicepts 16.3/15.9
chest 46 (pumped) just after benching
well waiste is 32 at the moment when i cut up again around 28-32
