Im 17,just getting a year membership in my local gym
.im hoping to build muscle,get a six pack,get fit, to be honest just want to get a nice body.where to start??dont know that many exercises,so is there anyone who could make a program or something for me to follow.
my diet is all over the place.what should i eat in a day?
