can someone make me a fitness program please?

Im 17,just getting a year membership in my local gym
.im hoping to build muscle,get a six pack,get fit, to be honest just want to get a nice body.where to start??dont know that many exercises,so is there anyone who could make a program or something for me to follow.
my diet is all over the place.what should i eat in a day?
i eat alot of fastfoods.i know i shouldnt

What do you eat, when do you eat?

Also certainly if you're not already, consider 6 meals a day, 2.5-3 hours apart.

However that's a supplemental tid bit of advice, as right now, more can be done, once the two things I asked are ascertained.
