stress, food and unreachable expectation

Postby LuckyLast100 » Thu Oct 15, 2009 6:55 am

i am 16 and i weigh 57kg. i have been on and off of diets for about a year now. for two months i was mildly annorexic, eating a cup of tea and an apple until dinner then gorging myself, ending in guilt, however i droped from 62kg to 52kg for my year 12 ball. following that i was on a very strict 1500 calorie diet and i got the results i wanted, however i was always hungry and since then i have lost the motivation to be hungry all the time. i am coming up to my TEE exams and i have a tendacy to eat more or fattier foods to relieve some of the stress. i try very hard to stick to 1600 calories a day, including a food journal and planning my meals. i work out moderate to heavy exercise 3 - 5 times a week, and after two or three days i end up gorging on what the rest of the family is eating, because i eat separate meals. as a result of this, i have actually gained 3 kilos in the last two weeks, though some of that may be muscle, i have also gained fat.

i desire my ideal perfect body, but no matter how much devition and energy i put into it, i cannot achieve my goal for long. What do you suggest to help me maintain a thinner figure and gain lean muscle without being constantly hungry and fatigued, eating only bland and unsatisfying foods?

please help, if you can, i'm out of ideas

5 days a week? Then try this.

Day 1. Weights.

Day 2. Cardio.

Day 3. Weights.

Day 4. Day off.

Day 5. Cardio.

Day 6. Weights.

Day 7. Day off.

Keeps the off days split up and you don't train more than 3 days straight.

I would advise total body stuff on the weights days. Basic setup, compound stuff like Deadlifts, Cleans, Squats, Chins, etc etc, with a few things like Bicep, Tricep, etc etc stuff chucked in there as well.

Cardio, only needs to be something like interval for about 30 minutes a time.

What do you eat, and when do you eat it?
