As long as your Carbs are not too low, try this.
Take 10g Carbs out of a meal and replace the caloiries with Fat. The body should create an energy deficeit Carbs can't fully supply, so fat should be sourced to make up the difference.
However by eating pretty much on maintenance, it shouldn't affect muscle mass.
I wouldn't reccommend doing this if your Carbs are 30g per meal right now, incase you start consuming too few for brain fuel and blood sugar maintenance.
