wanna reduce tummy..

Post by mrdoc »

Hi guys,
I am 6' and 153 lbs, 32 waist. What is bothering me is that I have a bulging tummy; I dont feel like there is extra fat on it but it just bulges out (I feel like there is just not enough space to hold to guts in there, lol).
Please guide me, how can I make it better.
Thanks

Have you at any time been on a lengthy weight loss process?

Do you ever experience any form of bloating or IBS, or could it be something like a hernia?

I'm just ruling a few things out before progressing.

Well thne youu could try abs exercises, as part of an overall workout programme.

Things like reverse crunches, planks, leg raises, roman chairs etc, bearing in mind that you can indirectly work the abs with exercises like deadlifts, cleans, squats etc, so you don't need to go overboard with abs work.

I've found this E-Book about abs training. Download it from the link below. Hope you find it useful.
