Hi Chin, Nice to speak to you.

What is entailed by a 30 day squat challenge, 30 day abs challenge and 30 day crunch challenge, because that sounds like doing the same 3 things every day for 30 days.

If it is that, then you'e doing those things too much and it's only a temporary thing, so then any possible benefit may be negated, unless you found a ready alternative to employ within 72 hours of stopping these 30 day challenges, as any results obviously won't last forever.

I would be interested to know however how right or wrong I am and then we can progress further :)

Chin, from the looks of your pic you don't have very far to go before reaching your goal. Good luck, although, I don't think you need it! :)

Well, the one thing thatis really going to make a difference is lowering your body fat percentage, so limiting your sugar intake is a great idea.
You can do all the ab exercises you want, but unless you lower your body fat, you'll just have well defined abs hidden under a layer of fat.
