Lost 90lbs in 8 mos... focusing on abs now!~

well that just about says it...

January 6th i wandered into a gym near where i work at 270 lbs. Working out pretty much 2.5 hours a day, 7 days a week for the first 25lbs, and 6 days a week for the second 25 lbs. got me down to 220 lbs.

I've steadily lost more weight and shifted my workouts to the following:
Monday-Biceps/Triceps*
Tuesday-Chest/Shoulders*
Wednesday-Back/Lower Back*
Thursday-Abs
Friday-Legs*
* denotes that as well as these exercises, there are 2 exercises devoted specifically to abdominal strength, and toning.

With each of these, I do a total of 45 minutes of cardio work each workout except for legs... those really kill me so i tend to only do 30 minutes that day.

That's the run down of my workouts as they stand today... I'm pretty addicted to going to the gym and the way i feel now that i'm in shape.

But here's my problem. I have a bit of a "Pooch" on my belly. My chest looks good, Arms are lean, shoulders are defined... and even my upper abs are there...

But, I have a 4-pack :(

I'm trying like mad to get those other 2 ;)

I'm looking for a bit of advice.

Based on my fiendish workout routine and nutty cardio obsession.... what can i suppliment in my workouts to get rid of this little reminder of how i used to be? :)

Thanks in advance for any replies.

great result so far...

- i'd say you need to increase quality over quantity so try a 3 /week full body plan (search waterbury method) and cardio on 2 - 3 other days but doing intervals x 10 - 20mins alternating 1min slow and 1min as fast as you can
- pooch comes from too much cardio basically without getting into it too much (it;s 1:30am in oz now)
- what's your food like???
