I have a question, sorry but i am new in here! I am in gym, i work my body 5 times a week and do a lot of pool exercices, like crol and mariposa...
I have a question. I wont to show my abs, but i dont know how.
well my dayly food is this:
Breakfeast: thin milk, corn flakes, 1 yogurt and 1 apple...
Half morning: 1 bread with chease.
lunch: soup and food with vegetables.
Half afternoon: 1 bread with chease and milk, and a apple.
dinner: food with vegetables, and a apple after.
What i am doing wrong? what should i eat? My wheight is about like 73 kg and i have 1.76 m.
