I have been running on the beach in the deep sand for the past month or so and I am starting to develop V-lines!!* NOO!
Personally, I think they are pretty sexy on a guy, whatever, but not on girls. No way. But, that is just me. I know a lot of girls like them and that is great. But not me.
How do I prevent them? Suck my stomach in more while I am running? I really do not want to end my sweet beach jogs but if this is what they are going to lead to then I will have to try something else. Would changing my routine and adding yoga or swimming help??
What are they and how can they be stopped! I want a flat-girl-stomach, not a V-shaped-dude one.
Please help!
*NOTE: Anyone looking to get penis lines/v-lines/sex lines what ever you call them, I suggest running on the beach in the deep sand. It worked for me (damn it).
