I need some advice concerning my workout.i have reached my goal weight im quite slim but what i really want is some definition and sculpting on my abs and legs. i do about 40 minuted of cardio every day 5 days a week and some strenght training with my free weights. The problem is i
workout at home so i don't have the right equipment to get those ripped abs.Anybody have some tips and advice on how i can achieve a more lean and sculpted body especially my abs.

Exercise is one thing… but you also have to include a clean diet.
What are you currently eating now?

What do you have for your protein? Protein shakes always help!
