Heya... Im working on my six pack at the moment and I got a problem... My left middle muscle looks kind a weird so I was wondering if there is any way to change its form? ...or am I stuck with it the way it is? :?

Sounds genetic. Some people do appear to have Abs on one side higher or lower than on the other side.

If it's a single Ab that looks a bit weaker, it could be down to form. So perhaps you're using a twisting action sometimes, and not twisting as much on one side.

Hey. I am new here (1st post.) The symmetry of a developed set of abdominal muscles (the six pack-rectus abds...) are mostly (if not entirely) genetic.
I am unaware of any way to isolate (one of the six/eight.) While our eye finds balance appealing it isn't really a big deal IMHO. What matters is that you've had the discipline to have a set of abdominal muscles show.

my 2 cents...
