BUBBLE BUTT.....

Postby Beauty101 » Sun Jan 16, 2011 8:17 pm

Hello everyone. I have been told that I have a nice booty but I would like tips on how to get a rounder booty from cardio or other types of workouts. If you have any stories please be sure to share it. I'm sure that there are others that would like similar results like me. Share in detail if you can. Thanx!

The best way to get a rounder and tighter butt is by squatting and using a stepper. For squats 3 sets with a rep range around 15 to 20 using weight. By the time you hit that that last rep your legs and butt should be screaming.

The elliptical machine works wonders for my booty! I used to have a flat pancake booty and it had helped me get a nice firm round bubble butt....lol It helped me shape my booty up in no time on high incline and high resistance. I love to squat and do lunges also. The elliptical helped shaped my long legs too. Ohh yeah try the butt blaster machine..... :)

Ohh yesss that elliptical machine is easy on your knees. I have used it for five days straight on challenging incline and let me tell you, I thought my booty could not look any better but now I have a nicer bubble butt..hehe. If you have not tried some of the yoga classes, they are fun.

Yes! I... concur.....lol

The best move I've found for this is a wide-stance squat, I'm not sure if it has a more polished name (?). Stand with your legs wider-than-shoulder-width apart, with your toes pointing out to the walls on either side of you. Try to keep your feet along the same "line", like if you were standing on a gym floor with painted lines. Squat deeply, and stand up completely straight. Try to do sets of 30, but see what works for you. I think 3 sets of 30 would be good if you went all out. For a good home strength workout you could do 3 sets of 30 pushups, 30 situps, and 30 squats, just to round it all out.

I also found this by googling "best squats for glutes" http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/reform13.htm . Good luck!

TIP: You women can try this anywhere..... For every step you take when you walk, squeeze ur butt...even if you are walking around in the house, school, work, or even at the park...you can try it sitting down or even in bed. Maybe after a few days you will get used to it. For faster results squeeze for 5 seconds----1 minute depending on how well you can do it or if you want to see results fast. I told my friend to do this exercise and she told me she seen great results after two weeks! It helped her get a nicer firmer round butt. I promise you will like the results that you will see. Try it and send me a note or post any differences.

An aesthetician once told me that every time someone makes me angry, instead of reacting emotionally, I should just "clench my butt cheeks" lol I thought it was hilarious at the time, but it actually works to diffuse the anger and tone up your butt!

You'd have to remember to do it a lot though and keep doing it all the time. Stopping doing it would lose some of the changes, so it could get pretty annoying to do.

Thank you Princecharming..... I did this for a whole week. I have been unable to workout lately but I squeezed my butt everytime I took a step walking a few miles and I even did it sitting and in bed. I noticed some change. It took a few days to get used to it and now I just do it without thinking about it much. It actually helped my booty look rounder and firmer! Thanx again Mr.

Update: I have used the Elliptical from 30 mins to an hour from a low incline and low resistence all the way up to the highest for both for about 2 months. I basically have a perfect round bubble butt..lol. Guys can tell something is changing back there..hehe. Everyone is different but the higher settings you put the elliptical on the better your booty will look. Most women are afraid to lift weights or challenge themselves in the gym. Most use the lightest of things. At the end of the day its all about what you want your goals to be. If you try the highest inclines on the elliptical for about a month, post what your results are... have a nice day! :P

I also have the same sentiment as yours. A lot says that I have a nice butt and I am not comfortable with it. I am a simple girl who doesn't want to be noticed by many, not even by guys. But I hear compliments most of the time. I am not just comfortable with it while some girls say they envy me.

I'm glad to hear the Elliptical is working for some of you. I am curious if you are feeling any soreness in your buttocks after doing this exercise? Personally, I don not recommend any type of cardio exercise for building a bigger rounder tight buttocks. Cardio may tighten you a little, but it will not add any size. To the contrary, it will actually make your jeans fit looser. My favorite exercises that target the booty and add size and firmness are lunges and squats. Both of these exercises can be done at home or at the gym. If at home you can use heavy dumbbells or Kettle balls. Squats are a great way for adding size if you stretch your butt out at the bottom of the squat, otherwise you will mainly hit your legs. If you are having problems hitting your butt with squats I would then recommend doing lunges. Lunges are my favorite and will definitely hit your butt muscles. I feel the soreness every time. With lunges the trick is to take wide steps or strides to target your butt. If you take small steps you will again be working out your legs and not your butt. I included a site below for you to visit to see more exercises that actually work and better explain the exercises and nutrition needed to make those butt muscles grow after your workout. Most people do not understand that your workout is only a small percentage of achieving your goal. I always say that if an exercise is not making your butt feel sore the next day or even 2 days after your workout, then you need to change something about your exercise or even drop it altogether and try one that works for you. My tip is If you are not feeling the soreness, then stop wasting your time on that exercise.

This site should definitely help you out: http://maalarue.hubpages.com/hub/Get-a-Rounder-Shapelier-Butt-Top-5-Exercises

Good luck! :)
