Stubborn belly

Postby shapelycurves » Fri Aug 19, 2011 7:45 pm

In spite of my weight loss successes I still have a pooch on my belly right above my c-section scar. What can I do to get rid of this?

Keep persisting with what you're doing. If you drop another 10lbs, you might find it goes away.

You've clearly been doing a lot of great things to facilitate your weight loss success and obviously being 136lbs now, I imagine you feel that you're not done just yet, so stick at it and hopefully it will go of it's own accord so to speak.

Feel proud of yourself for all the obvious hard work you must have put in thus far, because you ARE worth it and persevering will only serve to be of more benefit to you.

So I wouldn't be too hasty to change things just yet, just keep up with your current eating and exercise and see how that continues to pan out for the next 6-8 weeks, then re-evaluate.

GOOD LUCK

:)

Right after giving birth, I put binder on my bulge belly and it is very effective to keep my belly from getting bigger. Of course, I also do proper dieting.
