Help with the tips on walking and weight loss

Could some one please share some tips on methods about loosing weight with walking or jogging?

Any advice would be helpful.

This might work for you.

Have a 30 minute cardio schedule and split it into 10 x 3 minute "cycles".

You would do the cardio 5 times a week in this way. 3 days cardio, 1 day off, 2 days cardio, 1 day off, so you're not going 5 days straight and 2 days doing nothing, which might eat a bit into progress.

In the first week your cycles would look like this.

Walk 2 minutes 50 seconds, jog 10 seconds.

Week 2.

Walk 2 minutes 40 seconds, jog 20 seconds.

Week 3.

Walk 2 minutes 30 seconds, jog 30 seconds.

You see a pattern emerging hopefully :).

You should choose a flat course initially to allow yourself a more easier adaption process.

When you've got to the point where the jogging is sustainable for 30 minutes non-stop, then you can play around with the system, I.E. choose a harder course, try to cover more distance in the 30 minutes, or go for another 5 minutes a week and just use different combinations of that.

By following perfect diet plan and doing exercises like walking or jogging and some physical activates daily for one hour we can easily lose the weight. Below are the few tips which I have followed…

Fruit juices are filled with vitamins and minerals that your body needs. Aside from that, it can also help you suppress your appetite, since it can make you feel fuller.

Eating an Apple A Few Minutes before a Meal - An apple a day would not just keep the doctor away, but it can also keep fats away from your body. All you have to do is to eat an apple around 15 minutes before meal time. It can suppress your appetite effectively, which can help you consume lesser amounts of calories.

Eating Oats for Breakfast - Many people today eat cooked oats for breakfast in the attempt to lose weight. This can actually help you lose weight, since oats are filled with lots of fiber. A piece of Banana has very little energy comapred ot a whole one.

Green teas should fine unless you have a problem like caffeine sensitivity or Xanthinurea, although the caffeine can be converted to uric acid and contribute to gout, so that should be a minor consideration too.

Caclium supplements are less rccomended these days, except for people who are on prescribed steroids, as apparently thr steroids can affect calcium levels. However as something like Strontium is said to stay in the bones longer and repesent an adequate calcium replacement, citrate or ranelate supplements, of which I recall citrate being better rated, would do.

Calcium supplements have been linked to excessive blood calcium, which can cause calcification of the arteries and therefore the stiffening of the arteries could promote reduced blood flow and other possible cardiac or blood pressure related issues.

Dairy calcium has however been proven in a danish study to reduce fat by allowing more fat to bind to pre-solids in the digestive tract and be excreted, however care must be taken as excessive calcium in the diet has been linked to increased osteoperosis risk.

I usually do jogging every morning for about an hour before heading to work. I also walk or take stairs at work rather than on an elevator as an additional exercise even if I am busy with work.

30 minutes walk is sufficient for weight loss.Avoid to consume calories....

What does that even mean? Are you saying to lose weight people shouldn't eat?
