Hi all,
I am new to the forum so bear with me! I have been diagnosed with ovarian cysts that seem to be rupturing every month. This is really interfering with ab workouts and even cardio due to the amount of fluid filling abdomen. I also am worried that even when I am not in pain, I could have a cyst that may rupture due to workout. I'm not positive if this is even possible, but it is just a fear have! I also have to take quite a bit of time off (maximum is one week) to recover after these incidents occur. Has anyone had this problem? Any advice on faster recovery times following a ruptured cyst? Thanks in advance!
