I'm eating ok, but since changing jobs, I seem to sit too much. I'm pretty healthy otherwise, but have noticed some extra lbs creeping on, so I need to shift that "last bit" - that plateau - those pesky extra lbs.

I have found that going to the gym before work gives me extra energy throughout the day. When do you normally work out?
