I joined this site for the pure reason to keep track of the calories I burn during a workout, but I had no idea how much more this site offers. Take advantage of it.
Also, I have never had anyone go to the gym with me on a regular basis. I joined a gym and made my mom join it with me to help her with her back pains and her never ending complaints about physical pains which I was 110% sure were due to lack of exercise. I was right, she is pain free and goes with me most of the time. My 17 year old brother also joined the gym and always wants to go (teenagers and their desire for muscles is funny). He uses his energy in a positive way and keeps out of trouble.

He is a great gym buddy.
I really don't have any goals I want to obtain because I will only be dissapointed if I don't reach them. I only remind myself everyday of that great feeling I have after each hard workout. That feeling is my motivation.
