Hi, katie!!! First off welcome and congrats on your success so far!

Well, no you are not alone. This is a concern for many of us which is why I started this thread. It seems that you are making great progress and we are with you all the way. We have some things in common. We are both about the same height (I am 5') and when I started my exercise program I was about the same weight which was 130 lbs. Very heavy for my height and small frame. That was the most I have ever weighed in my life even while pregnant!!

Since May being mostly consistant with diet and exercise I am down to about 113 lbs. I have lost the weight from my face, upper body, arms, hips & legs but am still struggling with the dreaded lower belly pooch.

I am NOT going to give up and want to encourage you also to attain your goals! You can do this! WE can do this!!! Please keep us posted on how you are doing and what you are doing to achieve your goals!!!! Remember, we are in this together!
