Welcome to our lovely site!
First things first... get off the atkins diet. That diet is terrible, unrealistic, and is not something that you will be able to maintain for an extended amount of time. Instead of a quick fix, why don't we make some lifestyle changes that can be maintained for the rest of your life.
What does a typical day look like for you as far as foods go? List times and foods that you currently eat so we can make suggestions.
Second... do you have access to a gym? What kind of exercise equipment do you have access to? (dumbells, treadmill, ellipitcal?).
Just need a little more info so suggestions can be made to help get you started on the right foot.
