I have not exactly linked water with weight loss for me, but I can tell you it helps me feel full for zero calories. Many people confuse hunger with thirst, and will eat when in fact they are just thirsty. There are many health benefits of water, and I have heard it helps to slightly speed up your metabolism.
I do agree that thirst is sometimes mistaken as hunger because I have done that before. Normally I eat when I feel hunger pangs when sometimes I'm just dehydrated. I don't like drinking a lot of water but I am trying to keep to the limit of 8 glasses per day
Drink lots of water is not directly reduce the weight but you use this in your weight loss chart, Yes! if you drink water whenever your hungry or while you are eating, it may help you to intake less amount of food.
