I'm back from a little sojourn of thinking I was satisfied back at my original weight but surprise, I'm not!
I had a crazy term job in 2011 while I was in university full-time and I got down to 152 lbs from 162 lbs by pretty much following the recommendations on FitTracker for my daily calories and macros, without training too regularly. Now I'm eating in a slightly different way (*no grains*) and I see that my fat intake is waaay too high after just checking out a couple of days on the calculator, so I really have to make some tweaks.
I'm working at a gym now, I'm training every day and loving it, but I need to get a lock-down on the food situation - again! Dropping 15 lbs would make such a difference, especially now with pull ups and push ups, and my ego, of course... I'm giving people advice I should really be following.
