Hey there, new member, and I'm looking for some tips. I'm 16, and 2 years ago I was 5' 1" and 203 pounds, and extremely unhealthy. I kept that weight until last summer between July-Mid September, I got down to 155 (Im also 5'8" now) through constant workouts/cardio and crash dieting. I didn't think of it at all when i started, but i have a ton of loose skin all over my body. The worst are my forearms and gut, and i also kept the "man boobs". I still jog and casually work out, but i can not get rid of the skin or the "man boobs". Do you have any tips i could try to help with getting rid of it? Thanks
