I've always had this problem. What do you suggest?

Ok, so I'm 16, female, 5' 7", about 140 lbs and in good shape. Basically, I just want to lose that top layer of fat, get more toned and have more definition. Due to my genetic blessings, I don't lose weight when I work out, I just bulk up and FAST. My arms are abnormally giant for a girl and I'm not just saying that. They are literally like that of a man. If I work out for only 2 days I can gain up to 5 pounds of just muscle (true story).

I don't have access to a gym so I mainly do calisthenics. For cardio, I workout on a heavy bag. Buuuuuut my bag recently decided to fall apart, so I no longer have access to a bag. :(

I'm really big into mma, although I've never had any real training, so I'm definitely looking for a workout with that in mind. Something that could benefit me in that area. I'm thinking a circuit would be ideal, I just don't know what would be a good circuit specifically for me. Soooo any suggestions? What do you think would be the best workout to get the results I want?

Hey!

First of all I'm super jealous of your arms! Secondly, your workouts sound efficient and adequate due to your description. With your height and bodyweight you're right in that healthy range, especially if you're heavily muscled. This means it's probably down to nutrition if you want to tighten things up and look ripped. Can you post a typical day, including the times, type of food, and quantity?

If you're looking for intense workouts you can do at home I have to recommend bodyrock.tv and crossfit.com for advice on nutrition and calisthenics workouts you can do without equipment. Those sites have seen me through some tough times.

Well I've never been too concerned with nutrition honestly. I just kinda eat what I want. A lot of bread, potatoes, beef, rice, coffee with sugar and creamer almost every morning, a lot of soda lol, chicken, water, a lot of salt, etc. But it really doesn't take much to fill me up, so I only eat about one meal a day, then maybe 2 or 3 snacks throughout the day. To be honest, I don't really know what a healthy diet consists of.
