Ok, so I'm 16, female, 5' 7", about 140 lbs and in good shape. Basically, I just want to lose that top layer of fat, get more toned and have more definition. Due to my genetic blessings, I don't lose weight when I work out, I just bulk up and FAST. My arms are abnormally giant for a girl and I'm not just saying that. They are literally like that of a man. If I work out for only 2 days I can gain up to 5 pounds of just muscle (true story).
I don't have access to a gym so I mainly do calisthenics. For cardio, I workout on a heavy bag. Buuuuuut my bag recently decided to fall apart, so I no longer have access to a bag.
I'm really big into mma, although I've never had any real training, so I'm definitely looking for a workout with that in mind. Something that could benefit me in that area. I'm thinking a circuit would be ideal, I just don't know what would be a good circuit specifically for me. Soooo any suggestions? What do you think would be the best workout to get the results I want?
