I'm new to this site.
Anyway I'm 20 years old and I weigh around 240 pounds and 5'3. I'm also a female... I have been trying to lose weight almost all my life. I don't know what's the problem. I don't eat like I should , but when I do I like to eat potatoes and broccoli & cheese , steak , chicken and so on. I don't like eating breakfast but I try to drink carnation instant breakfast with 2 % milk .People don't know I weigh the much because all my fat is in my stomach and my arms. What's the best way I could lose 80 - 100 pounds ?
