That last zone hanging on!
Hi, I have a question about hipsand thighs. I work in an industrial factory.I'm on feet all day, lifting heavy weight. Then I go home as a single mom of three and stay on feet for the rest of the night cooking, cleaning and lifting children. I am very toned down to lower and the knees down. But flabby thru the hips and thighs. I know this is probably genetics. diet is minimal.Lots of carbs and protien. I don't seem to get enough calories thru out the day to fuel active life style. I sometime border enemic. Should I just accept shape or is there a change I should make? I'm 37, 5'4 and weight 125lbs

Hi Garv, good to speak to you.
No you should not be eating in a way that promotes borderline anemia, so I would suggest you need to alter your diet.
What times do you eat at and what foods do you eat at those times?
