Weight loss and toning/muscle
I'm 56 years old weigh 145lb, I'm 5'6 1/2. I exercise off and on all the time. I have a fit bit and I always get 10,000 steps in per day. In the summer months I maintain about 15,000 per day. I exercise at home. I have free weights, weight machine and a treadmill. SO what I need help with is what weights should I do each day. Right now I do 3 sets of everything at 10 to 12 reps. Altering lower and upper body days. I would like to see more definition in body. Should I do higher weights and less reps?
