Ok, rooky question coming up.
If I want to do high reps for stomach (say situps) and chest(say press, or pushups etc) then what kind of numbers are we talking about.
Are we saying that high reps means that I should keep doing situps or pushups until I can't do any more?
OR.. Do I do say 5 sets of 15 presses etc.
What exactly is meant by high reps?

If you're talking pushups and sit-ups, you're talking as many as possible.
If you're talking bench press then don't do more than 15 reps per set.
