OK, we all know it's easy to put it n and difficult to take it off!!
So any good foods to eat & to avoid whilst dieting?
A list of good & bad foods would be good?
Go to the gym most days and just need to start losing by eating better, due to depression not always keen to go!!
Any good books or sites to look at(apart from this site of course)?

Yes there are plenty of good food sources to eat.
Main protein sources include, eggs, fish, pork, lamb, chicken, beef, steak and turkey.
Main carb sources include fruits and vegetables, wholegrain bread and pasta.
Main fat sources, include flax seeds, avocado, olive oil flax seed oil, peanut oil, soybean oil.
There are sources that are good for more than one macro nutrient like nuts, protein enriched pasta, rice, particularly wild, brown and black, mushrooms, low fat cheese, low sugar yoghurt, soy products like soybeans, tofu, edemame, tempeh and miso, nuts and legumes like beans, peas and lentils, milk, almond milk, oat milk and soy milk.
