But anyway...you can not out work a bad diet, I agree with alot of he other post. You need to aoid sugar and bad carbs. Also, I found working out not only your large muscle groups but also the small ones allows you o toghten and tone your trouble area ( I have flat stomach routine on youtube as well showing you how to do this)
