you need to eat less carbs and eat more protein and healthy fats.at night it is bad eating especially if your trying to lose weight it will just make it worse, then it already might be just try pushing it away or get an alternative
I'm sorry but I disagree. I eat all the time at night. Its not necessarily bad to eat at night if you pick the right foods. I often go for low fat cottage cheese before bed as it is a slow digesting protein and is great before bed when you're forced to go an extended amount of time without food. Not eating at night could cause you to starve your body for the nutrients that it needs. Great options for evening meals include: eggwhite omlete with veggies and low fat cheese or cottage cheese with a bit of peanut butter or almond butter or even just chicken breast and veggies.
Also, simply changing the kind of carbs could make a big difference in fat loss. If a person is loading up on white bread, sugar, candy, and soda pop and switched to things like oatmeal, brown rice, whole grains, fruits and veggies they should notice a difference in body fat. With as much cardio as youre doing you do really needs the carbs to fuel your workouts. I would suggest switching to complex carbs (which will fill you up and hopefully make you more satisfied so you don't feel like you need to eat and eat and eat). If you cut carbs too drastically your energy levels could drop which would make it harder to keep pace with your sports. With that said, you do need to make sure you're getting enough protein and healthy fats. Without knowing how many carbs/proteins/fats your getting every day its hard to say what you should decrease or increase, however it sounds like you need to eat more nutritious balanced meals throughout the day, which will keep you from feeling like you need to overeat at night. Also if you're only getting carbs you really do need to balance meals out by adding things like eggwhites/eggs, chicken breast, lean red meat, lean pork, fish soy/tofu, and low fat dairy for protein and nuts, avacados, olives, coconut oil, olive oil, nut butter, flax, and fish for healthy fats. Carbs are imporant (complex carbs of course) but protein and healthy fat is also a vital part of a balanced diet.
Make sense?
